Everyone makes mistakes. There was one time, right before a presentation, we need to scramble to update a comp – it needed to have a customer in a festive sweater. I knocked it out in the minutes I had and everyone was good.
15 minutes later, I got an email.
Ryan, the reindeer are fucking.
Luckily, it just broke the ice.
Summers tend to fly by. And it doesn’t help that JetBlue’s bases of operation – New York and Boston are two of the most smart-phone addicted cities in the country.
Our screens are getting in the way of being to fully enjoy what little summer we have in the North East.
That why JetBlue wants to encourage flyers to disconnect and take a digital detox from their devices to help maximize their summer.
We’ll send 10 flyers on a do-nothing, relax-on the beach vacation. The catch? Everyone will have to leave all devices behind.
To enter, New Yorkers and Bostonians will have to show they’re ready for a digital detox and disconnect for at least an hour at one of our “JetBlue Disconnecting Booths” where they’ll have to lock up their phones for at least an hour.
Clarity is overrated. Why chase flawless when you could just go and live? Ditch the nonsense and grab a Hazy Wonder IPA. It’s a smooth rebellion of tropical stone fruit and zesty citrus. So you can forget bland lagers and pretentious IPAs, grab some friends, and see how life is a lot more fun when it’s a little hazy.
